I agree and will comply to the terms and conditions stated and outlined on the terms and condition page of this website.

I have full knowledge of the process and I have agreed to the terms and conditions. The identifying information and credit card that I have provided is lawfully my information and none else's.

Authorization: You hereby authorize Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC to charge your credit card for the agreed-upon amount as specified in the invoice, contract, or agreement provided. This authorization includes any one-time charges, recurring payments, or installment payments, as agreed between you and Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC.

Non-Refundable Payment: You acknowledge and agree that all payments made to Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services or products, change of mind, or non-usage of the services/products.

Final Sale: All services, products, or goods provided by Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC are considered final upon payment. You waive the right to dispute or reverse the charges with your credit card issuer for any reason related to the quality, delivery, or condition of the service or product.

Dispute Waiver: You agree not to dispute or request a chargeback from your credit card company or financial institution for any charges authorized under this agreement. In the event of any dispute, you agree to resolve the issue directly with Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC. and understand that initiating a chargeback may result in additional fees, legal action, and the termination of any ongoing services provided by Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC.

Legal Recourse: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback initiated by you, Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including but not limited to recovering the charged amount, legal fees, and any additional costs incurred.

Acknowledgment: By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Credit Card Authorization and Non-Refundable Agreement. This authorization will remain in effect until all obligations are fulfilled or otherwise terminated by Credit to Cash by LKQ Industries LLC in writing.
